Minutes

February 28th: During our meeting we discussed selling candy bars, togo towards the trip to Equine Affair in Massachusetts. We also discussed the theme to the horse camp dance: which is country/western theme! we discussed decoration, games, contests, and prizes for winning the contest. We also discussed a very important new change!

Our group has made new rules and here they are:

1. The meetings starts at 11:00a.m, So be there, not at 11:30!

2. Be in your place at 11:00a.m. if your not you will be marked ABSENT! Even if you arrive later in the meeting you'll still be counted as ABSENT!

3. We are trying to cut our meetings down to 30 minutes, so give us your attention during the meeting to get done FASTER!

These are the new rules and they will apply this coming meeting on March 14th!

We also discussed the status on project completion, you need at least 3 projects, you can have:

-Horseshoe Clover's

-Lamp

-Coat rack

-Horse head/ boot book self

-Scrapbook

-Ditigal photography, & frame your photo!

Having a demostration done on horse massage

Horse Camp (western themed dance) decorations, activites, music, food, tables, electronics, prizes, candy for participation.
